The EC reset worked for me! I’m tech challenged for a millennial and my 1st grader’s school Chromebook keyboard was totally unresponsive. 3 minutes watching your video and we got it! Thank you so much.

Due to a cat walking across the Chromebook, laying down and snoring I saw she changed to keyboard from US English to Dvorak. Your informative post solved the issue…well until it happens again.

In reply to Ed. the EXACT same keys(13qazedc along with others[458fbn]) were unresponsive for me but the EC reset worked!
